Job Description

The Technical Training Intern will receive practical, industry-oriented training in biomedical engineering and medical equipment technology. The internship is designed to bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world applications through hands-on experience with hospital equipment and expert mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the operation and working principles of biomedical equipment.
• Assist in installation, testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance of medical devices.
• Participate in troubleshooting and repairing biomedical instruments.
• Observe and support real-time servicing of hospital equipment.
• Understand hospital safety standards and biomedical engineering practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and service reports.
• Attend technical workshops, demonstrations, and practical laboratory sessions.
• Work with senior engineers during equipment inspections and maintenance activities.
• Follow quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines while handling medical equipment.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, ECE, EEE, or Instrumentation.
• Understanding of electrical and electronic circuits.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn medical equipment technologies.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
