Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) chief Vijay officially launched his maiden State-wide political tour on Saturday, September 13, 2025, starting from central Tamil Nadu.
This historic campaign laid the foundational groundwork for the 2026 Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly elections, in which Vijay’s party ultimately emerged as the single largest party, winning 108 seats and leading to his appointment as Chief Minister.
