Job Description
Girias is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join its retail showroom. The selected candidate will assist customers in choosing electronics and home appliances, explain product features, process sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. This role is ideal for freshers as well as experienced retail professionals with strong communication skills. The role typically involves customer assistance, product demonstrations, billing support, merchandising, and maintaining the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their product requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
- Demonstrate products such as TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, smartphones, and home appliances.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Assist with billing, payment processing, and invoice generation.
- Maintain product displays, price tags, and showroom cleanliness.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Coordinate with inventory staff to ensure product availability.
- Promote extended warranties, EMI options, and ongoing promotional offers.
Eligibility
- 10+2, Diploma, or Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends and retail shift timings.
